Belknap Elementary School History Fair ^Recantly - - Belknap. Elementary School held its annual history fair. All participating students did an excellent job. Special thanks to those members of our community who graciously shared their time with us to judge the entries. Congratulations to all our winners! 4-H Teen Council Our annual Senior Ball was held in Milford and Beaver as members of Teen Council played piano solos. Trisha Harris and her students played their violins' as the local long term care men and women enjoyed peaceful music. The youth helped create decorative boxes for each of the patients with colorful pattered paper. Along with a service project to help out the Happy Factory, we all used mineral oil and made the wooden cars take on a lasting look. In March Beaver County 4-H Teen Council met for their monthly meeting at the Beaver Opera House to learn about proper etiquette. We taught lasting life skills about the importance to use good manners when we talk on the telephone. Conversation talking to your family and friends, how to have a conversation and have fun doing it the proper way. The 4-H Teen Council is ail abou leadership development, training, and service. The Council is a functioning and active group that works on a local, county, and state level to build leadership skills in themselves and others. This means that you only get out of it what you put into it. Teen Council is looking forward to the annual 4-H Teen retreat that will be held in Washington County April 9th and 10th.
