Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Pack into greased loaf pan (9x3x3 inches). Bake at 350 degrees F. until done, about 50 minutes. Prepare crust while meat is baking. Combine pie crust mix, remaining egg and water as needed to moisten dry ingredients. Shape into flat patty ; wrap and chill.
