To date the drought this year has become so severe that its consequences could affect the entire world. Half of the crop production, wheat, com and soy beans, comes from the plain states and without those crops the entire world could suffer. Farmers and farm analysts have become more worried as the of the dry spell continues. s severity Those observers are now looking to the skies on a daily basis and so far they see nothing in the immediate future to make things better. Reno, NV, one of the wests cities most drastically affected, has warned water users that unless there is substantial rainfall before August, there simply will be no water available. The dry spell has already started to affect conditions locally and many local observers are now also hoping for ram. A Some Utah cities and towns are already rationing water. Scipio, about 30miles westof Salina, has cut their watering to a once a week turn. Utahs situation has not yet reached a critical stage, but water watchers are hopeful that the winter snows will bring relief so that the state will avoid drought conditions. tii i rrnof 1 Mile North Wrangler fa of s,im& 896-456- Long Sleeve Juy Sale reg 16 reg IT $4C95 I O reg Short ie 5 Sleeve I vJ reg Designed for men of action! i4y HzT" MilieP I; Western Shirts Long Sleeve Short Sleeve T I reg,13 INTERMOUNTAINIFARMERS So HWY 89 SALINA i I Call Marvanna today!!
