They did genealogy and enjoyed themselves visiting and reminiscing about the days when they were young at home in Redmond. Mary and Whitney arc very thankful to have a new little great grandson join their family. Thirty one people were in attendance that evening and speakers fir the group were Shane FOotc and his fiancee Sandy Whiting, who both spoke of their missionary experiences in the Mission field. They both served in the Seattle Washington Mission. Visiting Vcnoy Curtis over the weekend was his daughter and family, Mrs. Earle Scvcrcncc, of Sandy. A wedding reception was held that evening in the Aurora Ward Cultural Hall. They will make their home in Provo. Many family and friends attended the wedding and reception. Kris McBride went to Provo with her sister, Jean Miller, Richfield this past week to help Kara Miller, her niece move back to Richfield for the summer. She had been a student a BYU for the year and is out for the summer. Ryan Newman, son of Brent and Joan newman was presented his certificate of Advancement from Primary at Sacrament Meeting Sunday. Centerfield News Jean Christensen Mariel and Etta Hansen had a nice surprise visit from a couple they had contacted while on their mission. Bro. and Sis. Sidney Kipp from Wales, and their daughter, her husband, and their three children from Las Vegas came for breakfast WEdnesday morning. The Kipps went on to SLC to go through the temple Friday. By the way, Mariels doing pretty well. He walks around the house with the help of a walker. He enjoys visitors and is glad to be up and around when his kids visit. Irene, David, and family were here Friday and Saturday. Keith and Maxine Sorenson went to Oregon Friday morning to bring Mabel Jensen, Maxines mother, home. Mabel fell some time ago, but is now able to travel. Visiting at the house of Lila Phillips this past week was the Cory Nielson family from Lancaster, California. Wendy came down from SLC on Tuesday and spent the night then returned on Wednesday to her work in the city.
