compete for the title of Sterling Scholar at the annual awards program March 24 at Richfield High School Judging is based on scholarship leadership and citienship Portfolios prepared by nominees will also he judged and will be displayed at Richfield High School where they can be viewed before the awards program begins The 21st annual Deseret A'ewr-KSSterling Scholars of Central Utah program gets under wav at 7 pm in the auditorium of the high school located at 510 West 100 South Richfield Thirteen w inners and 26 runners-u- p w ill be announced Seventeen colleges universities and applied
