Show February 22 Wedding Joins Family Honors Parents Bobbie Sue Gray , Ken Peterson On Golden Wedding Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gray of Manti announce the marriage of their daughter Bobbi Sue to Ken L. Peterson, son of LuDeal Peterson and the late LuDean Peterson of Ephraim. The couple was married on Feb. 22. Both Bobbi Sue and Ken are graduates of Manti High School and attended Snow College. Miss Cheryl Woodier and Terry N. Reid- The family of Clifford and Onda Bailey surprised them Sunday with a lovely surprise dinner honoring them on the occasion of their golden wedding anniversary. A large family dinner will also be given for the couple by the groom's grandmother, Mrs. Magdalene Taylor of Mt. They left Ephraim Feb. 24 and, after spending a night in Las Vegas, Nevada, traveled to Pamona, Calif, for a visit with friends Mr. and Mrs. Ted Hutchins. Mrs. Hutchins is the former Berdie Johnson of Ephraim. It was a pleasant reunion after a separation of many years. The Hutchins had a delightful time planned for the Baileys, taking them to many places of interest, including Palm Springs, where they were pleased to see the many Messenger beautiful homes and large date orchards. A trip to Long Beach brought them to the Queen tour of Mary and a four-hou- r the seven decks and unusual sites. In Los Angeles they drove around the LDS Temple and other scenic attractions in the area. While in this vicinity they visited at the home of Mr. and Thurs., March 1", 1976 Mrs. Murray Mickelson, former Sanpete residents, and had a pleasant visit there. On the trip home again the Baileys stopped once more for a night in Las Vegas. Children of the Baileys who were present for the dinner Sunday with their families were LaVee Hess and Gayle Galla-heboth of Salt Lake City; Dick Bailey and Burke Bailey, both of Ephraim. The Baileys have 11 grandchildren. One day during the week will be designated Senior Citizens Day and all residents 76 and over will be special guests at a tea in their honor, according to Mrs. Hazel White, the librarian. As a glaring example, he was wrong in his support of situs picketing which would allow one union to picket and stop work at an entire construction site even though as many as 15 or more other unions might have signed with other contractors on the site. Situs picketing also violates the intent of Utahs law because one craft union could shut down an entire construction site if one of many contractors on the site desired lawfully to operate an k open shop. The Utah law, first enacted in 1955 over-ridin- right-to-wor- k right-to-wor- has withstood attack after Power Rake attack in both Republican and Democrat State Legislatures, clearly establishing the policy of the people of Utah.
