During its monthly meeting, the commission, composed of from 25 represetatives around Utah, approved funding for projects ranging from joint by the Utah performances Symphony and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir to a $345 grant for a historic coin display. The total cost for all projects reviewed by the Commission was $447,178. The largest grant was made to support joint performances of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Utah Symphony in May and June of 1976. The Commission granted $66,900 to pay for the services of Sym- - 11. The commission also approved a wide variety of other projects, including restoration of the Cooperative Store and Relief Society granary complex by the Sanpete Develop Cub Scouts and their famwith many others ilies along throughout the area participated in the Cub Scout Circus which was held March 27 at the Ephraim West Ward. She died March 20, 1975 In a Richfield hospital after a short illness. She was born Oct. 9, 1932 in Manti, Utah to Girven C. and Helen Maylett Stott. She married Joseph Gerald Mickelsen Nov. 4, 1949 in the Manti LDS Temple Being raised in Manti, she attended Manti schools. She was an active member of the LDS Church, having served in all of the organizations and at the time of her death was the South-Sterli- Sunday School secretary. Throughout her life she had loved to sing and had gladdened the hearts of many people with her beautiful singing voice. Besides being a dedicated homemaker she had been employed in different occupations and at the time of her death was a Producers Salma Auction employee. She is survived by her husband, sons, daughter, Steven G., Redmond, Utah; Gerry J., Mrs. Mike (Rose Ann) Lorent-ze- n, both of Aurora; parents, Manti; brothers, Carl M., Salt Lake City; G.
