Back in February and March, river enthusiasts from around Salt Lake City began gearing ith the arrival of. spring and warmer weather, people are gravitating to the outdoors; they are beginning to feel the urge to bike, roller blade, and take walks with their dogs and/or children out on the up (like many other years) was stifled by snow, rain and cold.
