Anyway, this whole Small Malllight rail-Redwood Road system might develop into a new downtown, which would be bigger than the Grand Mall, and which would serve a growing West Side population, which could spread further westward without sprawl. There is a tremendously large undeveloped area west of Salt located. In Poplar Grove, there is a in West Valley, creating one big sys- huge field at the west end of Third South. In Glendale, there is another tem. A light rail on Redwood Road huge field east and south of Van lines could be re-routed to places where they might be more needed.
