"We will be asking youth groups, school classes, Boy and Girl Scouts, 4-H groups, church groups and so on to walk en masse, carrying American flags. "We will provide the flags on PVC poles. The young people must be between the ages of 10 and 18 years old, be able to walk the mile-and-a-half parade route, and remain in the baseball park for the patriotic rally. We hope to see upwards of 1,000 flags in this entry." • Howland said the parade organizers want to encourage more floats this had shrapnel wounds or had sustained concussions from the blasts and dragged them into the medical facility where she initiated lifesaving medical care until other medics arrived.
