children will be brought into court general en eral complaints will no doubt be filed in the juvenile cour court against children who have been in the habit of stealing coal from the cars which are switched off on the side tracks near the depots in this city the officers are not over anxious to haul the children cn en ildren into court because in some instances the children are not to blame but the practice must be stop ped the parties who receive the stolen coal from the children are equally guilty with the youthful offen off en ders and may also be brought into court unless the stealing of coal stops abonce at once
