Maw has been a greedy quest for power. First he bamboozled the Legislature into giving him unprecedented powers including appropriation and allocation of money. Next he waged campaign against Federal authorities having a voice in the expenditure of millions of dollars of Federal money in welfare activities and otherwise. And finally he comes forward with the unparalleled suggestion that he be given the right to suspend legislative acts.
