Michael has had extensive training at the Culinary Arts School of America in New York, world renowned for excellence in the culi- nary arts. He also has a degree in Dietary Therapy and Nutrition. He was a chef in Europe for a vear, spent a few years as a chef in Manhattan, eight years in the Los Angeles, Orange County area, and has been sharing his talents with the people of Utah for the past four years. His most recent posi- tion was as Food ‘and Beverage Director and Chef at Elk Meadows Ski Resort. Michael has worked on yachts, at ski resorts, has done off premise catering, and has been a chef at many fine dining and family restaurants. Michael loves to create a wide variety of tastes, with multi-cultural styles. The Hungry Wolf Restaurant now offers many specials, appetizers, and pastas that are light and flavorful. There has been a great response to Michael’s California Sushi Roll Appetizer, and his Linguini Pescadoro, a fabulous seafood pasta. The Cellar is open seven nights a week, and 1is a great place to bring the whole family and watch the big screen T.V. over a pizza, or come for a fun night out for two.
