Before sharing all the cool new stuff, here is what is not new: the general manager, kitchen staff, servers, the festive atmosphere, and the already famous specialty dishes and drinks—sizzling fajitas, fish tacos, mega burritos, and margaritas. Now it’s time to share the good news; our amazing meat marinade has been re-engineered so it is now MSG and gluten free. What does this mean? Our meat dishes are tastier, healthier, and available to those with wheat allergies. We have rolled out a modified menu through the end of the year with a few new items: jalapeno poppers, veggie burritos, and carne asada steak. Merchandising is a new movement at the C&H Cantina—we are getting set to bottle our amazing salsa and we are bringing in t-shirts with stylin’ logo prints. The locals asked for it and they will get it—numerous killer “off menu” dishes, chicken or enchilada mole dishes, salads, Portobello and poblano pepper tacos, unique desserts, and more. We want our locals to feel that they can find something new every time they dine with us. Finally, we will roll out a new menu for 2011, so stay tuned. The good news continues—starting December 19, we changed to a sevendays-per-week operating schedule. We’ll also be open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. We are enhancing our 745 Locals Loyalty program so you can have access to discounts, build up points for merchandise, and gain discounts for birthdays and anniversaries. And don’t forget that we have gift cards for those special occasions! As you can see, we have a lot of great things going on, and we are only getting started. Please stop by and see for yourselves.
