Letters to the Editor Sincere Thanks To the many friends of Kash Van Meeteren, we would like to express our sincere thanks to the countless people who have been there in our time of sorrow. There has been such an outpouring of love and concern for the family. We thank each of you for giving of your time. The unexpected meals that were brought in, the neighbors who made his yard look so nice for the fall, the people who helped with so many of the small details, those who have helped Clair on the ranch, the many stories of your life with Kash that have been shared with us, and, of course, the hugs. Kash so loved this valley and the people here. We know, through your loving memories, this gentle cowboy has not left his valley. Loeb, Dawn & Jim Martell, Kerry & David Ronning In addition, special thanks to: OVWSF Board and Families, The Ogden Valley news, that my father, my uncles, my grandfather, and others fought to defend. I will not turn my back on my duty to fight for what I know is right and to defend my liberties, my life, and my father’s life and liberties. I realize that corrupt officials are the greatest threat America will ever have. They give aid and comfort to all of the enemies of the United States every time they violate the law, overrun the Constitution, lie, cheat, steal, and threaten Americans who would expose the corruption. I and my father have attempted to expose the corruption. My and my father’s reward for becoming informed citizens defending ourselves in court has been abuse from corrupt officials. My father is currently being held against his will, through illegal papers that a judge has forged and is attempting to pass off as legal orders from a court. This judge doesn’t have jurisdiction over the case, since the proper requirements, as stated in the law, weren’t met; there has been no proper due process in this case (and in other cases) involving “judges” at the Second District Court. I have recently been told that the judge also issued an order stating that I was harmful to my father, and, apparently, he cannot see me. I was never notified of the hearing, nor did I have an opportunity to present evidence, etc. I believe the judge has engaged in treason, and has had the Supreme Court rulings put before him in pleadings. He is ignoring the law of the land. None of the officials who are supposed to be watch-dogging the judges and attorneys are doing their job. Local law enforcement refuses to arrest him and the other criminal judges, etc. There are, also, many more wrongs. I have, in conjunction with RC3, set up a website designed to get a true jury of my peers to review the law and facts to see if impeachment/death penalty is appropriate for their criminal actions. The website can be found at <http://whatiswrongwithutah.com> Americans are being robbed blind by these traitors to the Constitution. The good news, we still have laws on the books that we can utilize to impeach, imprison, and execute these criminal officials for treason and perjuring their oath of office—if we will do it. Lisa Karam Fuller, Executive Director; Jeffrey Harrison, M.D., President; The Ogden Valley Business Association, & The Ogden Valley Winter Sports Foundation What’s Wrong With Utah? What’s wrong with Utah? Enemies domestic—our corrupt officials! My father has been saying since 2003 that he was being cheated out of his property and that governmental officials weren’t doing anything about it, but lying about him, me, the law, and his cases in court. It has taken millions of Americans being thrown out of their houses wrongfully by corrupt attorneys, judges, and bankers for our nation’s news media to wake up to the facts he already knew. Now it is time to take action . . . . Corrupt governmental officials are destroying our constitutional form of government and our way of life. They are destroying the most basic parts of the American dream—home ownership, good jobs, fair courtrooms, government by the people, and control over with whom one associates with, etc. In short, our basic interests associated with liberty are being violated. I was raised by my parents to respect governmental authority, but I cannot respect them when our governmental officials have become our enemies domestic. My first and foremost duty, next to God, is the defense of our Constitutional way of life Shari Harper, Huntsville |
