Finch Laura Finch Laura Mabel Peterson Finch, 101, died March 6, 2002 in Payson. She was bom December 10, 1900 in McCook, Nebraska to Hans Ira and Nora Fowler Peterson. She married Joseph William Finch September 6, 1920 in Alliance, Nebraska. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple on January 15, 1972. Joseph died October 27, 1990. She graduated from Brush Union High School on June 13, 1919 in Brush, Colorado.
