(City Manager Fred Garbett inquired if this type of work required a contractors license. Pauline Taylor stated that they had looked into that and it does not call for one. Most of Sweats business will be in Utah County, and he needed a business license to get started. (Ervin Sweats business license was approved by the Council). The Planning Commission discussed a Conditional Use Permit for Gary and Carrie Roberts. At their work meeting, they discussed how to determine how many farm animals could be allowed. They put a piece in the Eureka Reporter to let people know what they were basing their decisions on. The Roberts would be given a Conditional Use Permit for 6 horses and 1 steer. The permit must be reviewed and renewed every 6 months. Council Member Jay Evans made a motion to approve a 6 month Conditional Use Permit for Gary and Came Roberts for up to six horses and one steer. Permit must be reviewed every six months. If they do not comply, the permit will not be renewed. Motion carried. in-ho- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Eureka City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 12, 1999, at the Eureka City Offices, located at IS North Church Street in Eureka. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed annexation request from Chief Consolidated Mining Company. This is for properties located North of Eureka, to be known as the North Eureka Peak Annexation and South East on the Summit to be known as the SmugglerEureka Annexation.
