They “hire” approximately 30 actors for the October production. “They're basically volunteers, but it’s something they can put on their resumes, Brent said. “We help them with that? This is the fifth year the brothers have put together a haunted house. “We spend every year upgrading and creating new stuff’ Brent said. Others heavily involved in creation of the experience are Cameron Orgill, Travis Foley, Laura Bennett and Brad Thomas. “I do it because I enjoy Halloween; said Foley. “It’s fun; it’s exciting; it’s entertaining. I went through a couple of years ago, then asked if I could help’ Brent said there are a total of 17 or 18 scenes, ranging from an asylum to a spinning tunnel. This is B&B Productions’ second year at Red Cliffs Mall. “It's a good location with plenty of lighted parking; Brent noted. Brent said he and his partners listen to their customers and seek to give the best value they can. “We take feedback and change things for the next season, he added. Then, he said, he and his brother attend trade shows and spend the next year developing ideas for their next haunted house. Brent said creating the haunted houses is an expensive hobby since his produc- — tion company merely breaks even each year.
