GEORGE — The name on the American Quilter’s Society's award list is familiar, but the address has changed. The news brief read “St. George area quilter Sue Gilgen has been selected as a semifinalist in the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Expo at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa, Oct. 8 to 11?
