Show came to be known as the balogna quorum. Since their views were contrary to reason and common sense, it was necessary to create false gods, idols and living prophets and imbue scope and needs to be scrutinized carefully and thoughtfully by all of its citizens. When I see any project pushing for fast approval, I have to wonder...what’s the rush? ‘If this project is viable, then further discussion will only confirm the proponents’ claims and a six month delay will only enhance the project’s acceptability within the community. At the heart of this issue is a definition--"wilderness lodge." Originally this land use within our county code allowed ranchers in R & G zones (ranching & grazing) to build a cabin or bunkhouse or two for tourists, in order to supplement their sometimes marginal incomes. Changes made by P & Z in the last few years have dramatically altered this definition. Ultimately the laws, the rules and regulations, and ordinances of any community are written to protect all of its citizens. And citizens have the option of, in effect, writing them with imaginary powers and stature. At first, it was necessary to force this new way of thinking upon the peopie, but over the generations, as those who resisted were killed or exiled and the balogna quorum gained control through wealth and domination, the natural order of Ruzickghanistan slowly disappeared. The environment was abused and the people fell into a collective despair that, because it was so widespread, became accepted as "normal." Travelers who were able to get through came to refer to the Ruzickians as the people who swallow balogna without chewing. Only the few who had managed to stay in touch with their belly-buttons persevered in the old ways. These people were branded and heretics, lunatics or worse. The belly-button, | once the center of the people and absolutely necessary, both spiritually and the Ruzickiansmental and physical health, came to be seen as dirty and required to be covered and hidden and no discussion of the belly-button Before long the young people, deprived of knowledge, came to understand biologically to vulgar. So let’s allow the citizens to determine the definition of a wilderness lodge. The Utah State Code, 20A-7-501. "Initiatives," gives us a direct and binding voice. It requires a petition, signed by 15% of the number of Grand County residents who voted in through the land like a plague until the place and the people were no more. The proposed Cloudrock development depends on a loose interpretation of the "wilderness lodge" definition in order to proceed. P & Z member Robbie Levin countered that the Commission had indeed made changes and additions to the wilderness lodge definition and that those changes were perfectly legal and needed, in order to allow the tourist industry in Grand County to grow.
