By Ruth Naillon "What can we do?" or "Where can we go?” These are the questions that come into the teenager's mind when there is the problem of what to do The average teenager finds the answer by going to these night clubs or beer parlors and drinking sometimes creating noise and fighting according to an article in a recent Reader’s Digest Some teenagers go to the night clubs just to sit around and maybe have a drink causing no disturbance but just dancing or relaxing Then comes the day when they must prove that they are 21 or sign a card saying they are Most don’t want to sign the card so they quit going to these places Instead they have their friends buy them a "bottle" They then sit in their car or go to homes where they can have wild parties When they want something else to do some of them relieve people of their cars or money or even both If caught they are put on probation or given a light sentence All this results from having no place to go Price is one of these places There is no place where youngsters can go just to talk awhile or just sit around or play ping-poIf only there were even a small thing to do! Charles Scmken Jr who is on the Booster club committee has been trying to get soffit place for teenagers to go but there has not ng been much response Students let's help Mr Semken and the few others who are interested and see if we can make Price a city free from juvenile delinquency and destruction COLEMAN RECEIVES ATTENTION ES!
