Hoagland was a MHS faculty member from 1990 to 1992, before moving to St. Anthony, Idaho. He would like to bring the spirit and tradition of basketball back to MHS “the way it was in the ‘70s.” With no returning seniors, Hoagland plans a 100% effort from coaching staff and team for a successful season. He and his wife, Betty, have a 4 42-year-old daughter, Stephanie. Shanna Brush, a Utah State University graduate, will be teaching Health, P. E., and 7th Grade Life Science at Beaver High School. She has also been selected as the head volleyball coach. She is looking forward to a winning season in every way, with the girls working together to grow personally. Shanna’s husband, Bob, is self employed in Cedar City. They live in Parowan. Curt Collins comes to Milford High School via Cedar City, Salt Lake, and Gilbért, Arizona. He is a graduate of Souther Utah University with a major in Math and a minor in Computer Science. He will be teaching Pre-Algebra, Applied Math, and 7th Grade Math. Goal for his first year of teaching is to help his students enjoy math. He is married to the former Rainie Mounteer. Ben Dalton, a member of the Beaver High School Class of ‘92, In adieton to sane U.S. History, Physical Science and 7th Grade returns as a Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics teacher this fall. He graduated from Southern Utah University earlier this year with a major in Chemistry.
