Unapproved Minutes ~ Beaver County Stephen Winslow, from Commission ~ April 3, 1996 the U.S. Forest Service, met with the Board to discuss the improvements to the Kent’s Lake Road. Mr. Winslow requested that the County use a county grader, water truck and roller to help extend the length of the project. The Board of County Commissioners met on April 3, - 1995 at 10:00 a.m. for its regularly scheduled meeting. Those present were Gary E. Sullivan, chairman; Chad W.
