Call Lynda at 801-387-2707 Photo Gloria Craw is "Miss Beaver by ar County" 1994-1995 Fifteen public picnic tables around town have a new coat of paint, and Craig Thompson is one step closer to becoming an Eagle Scout. Craig was the leader in charge of the project. Blake Ashley, Kelly Whiting, Marsdall and Logan Staheli, along with Craig's mother and dad, painted the tables with paint : : supplied by the Lions Club. : Craig, now 14-years-old, has been é . : ee seriously involved in scouting since he was 11. He has earned a total of twenty-two merit badges. Gloria Craw, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Craw of Minersville, is Miss Beaver County 19941995. She was selected from a group of four contestant Wednesd. e ie ee oe evening. She also received ae o the "Miss Photogen'’c award Molly Hee daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Story from a report by Jammie Hardy Carl Holmes of Beaver won Ist Attendant recognition. Jodi Erickson and Bradshaw are Macie also attendants. Macie received the "Miss Congeniality" award. Scores were based on 40% talent, 30 % interview, 15% swimsuit and 15% evening gown. April Yardley and LaRain Brown served as coordinators for the Scholarship Pageant. Beaver County provided the $1,000. scholarship award. Debbie Davis provided various musical selections including "Love Can Build A Bridge" and "You Light Up My Life.” |
