Lamb, and unanimously passed that Carl M. Holmes be reappointed as Superintendent for a term of two years. 15. There being no further business to come the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M. Minutes will be presented for approval at the next School Board meeting. Until such time they are considered unofficial. Wiseman read a letter to the hesitancy in signing a complaint against dog owners for allowing their dogs to run at large. Although it is evident that the dogs create a nuisance on his property, he is fearful of retaliation, in the form of ~ decreased business for his shop, if he signs a complaint. Mrs. Drucilla _ Bradshaw, who has recently been the victim of some extensive property vandalism, expressed another viewpoint. "I didn't waste my time reporting it.
