(Elem. Playground Equipment) After further discussion on playground equipment, it was moved by seconded by Pat Rimpau, an unanimously passed that CITIZEN COMPLAINTS AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. Lamb, and unanimously passed that Carl M. Holmes be reappointed as Superintendent for a term of two years. 15. There being no further business to come the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M. Minutes will be presented for approval at the next School Board meeting. Until such time they are considered unofficial. Wiseman read a letter to the hesitancy in signing a complaint against dog owners for allowing their dogs to run at large. Although it is evident that the dogs create a nuisance on his property, he is fearful of retaliation, in the form of ~ decreased business for his shop, if he signs a complaint. Mrs. Drucilla _ Bradshaw, who has recently been the victim of some extensive property vandalism, expressed another viewpoint. "I didn't waste my time reporting it.
