Back in Vermont, Heidi was returned to Greg, and Larry claimed Flapper as his own. Both masters and both dogs are now residents of Park City. Heidis favorite pastime is cruising the local mountains. Unfortunately, time after time, she returns to town impaled by porcupine quills. Despite her repeated suffering, she refuses to take a hint and always gets the points. Although she often cruises, Heidi is regarded locally as a "real lady. , Flapper is sports oriented. She has a fetish for tennis balls, is a very ' accomplished soccer goalie, and played a very credible leftfield for the Park City As softball team this past summer. Skiing is Flappers current passion. She is quite the powder hound and will be competing on the hot dog circuit as soon as she finds a sponsor.
