The new Washington, owners, Mr. Elvin Frog Ringler and Mr. Michael Roundman Reynolds, have agreed to lease the structure to Mr. Purdom for two years. Mr. Ringler is an executive for Sir Walter Raleigh Inns, Inc., a restaurant chain in the Washington, D.C. suburbs. Mr. Reynolds is a high ranking official in the Artery Organization, a construction firm also operating in the D.C. area. Mr. Ringler vacationed in Park City last winter and greatly enjoyed his stay. Inquiring as to the projected growth and past return on investment figures pertaining to land and structures, he became acutely aware of the financial possibilites inherent in the town. Mr. Ringler returned this past summer and twice this winter (once with Mr. Reynolds) before deciding to collaborate on the purchase. Each of the investors cited a great affection for the town as a major causative factor in their decision to invesi in Park City as opposed to other recreational areas.
