Fruit Cake in Candied Orange Cups Remove ail the pulp and membrane from 8 orange halves. Cover the halves with boiling water and cook until the skins are tender. Drain and dry them. Stir and bring to boiling. 2 cups sugar 1 cup light corn syrup 1 cup water Add the orange halves. Cook to 250 (about 10 minutes).
