The. college, located on Coasters Harbor Island, overlooking Narragansett Bay, now uses a giant electronic training device called the Navy Electronic Warfare Simulator to plot war games and give students realistic training in controlling naval units. Classes In Speed Reading Set For South S'. L. Library The Adult Education partment of Brigham Young University, Salt Lake Center, is sponsoring a speed reading course for adults at the South Salt. Lake Library, 2480 South State every Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. beginning October 16 and continuing through December 18 . Cost of the course is $15 for 10 two-hoclasses. F. Dolansky, finance vice president. The first eight months of the year recorded $003,000, compared with $107,000 for the same period last year.
