That is the view of M. J. Rathbone, president of Standard Oil of New Jersey. He amplified it by saying this: Businessmen are only too often overly antagonistic to government and equally, those in government have found it politically useful to harass business. Our primary problems are now global in scope. They are altogether too vast for government or business corporations to resolve alone. To meet the demands for the cold war, clearly a working partnership between business and labor and government is needed." There will always be differences of policy and opinion between these three groups. But they can and must be arbitrated without imperiling the national interest and even the national survival in this time of an ominous hardening of the cold war. Mr. Rathbone also said that the question is how to do WANTED MAN OR WOMAN TAKE TIME To refill and collect money from our machine dispensing Hersheyetts, Oum and Sport Cards In this area. Rasy to do. The relative importance of manufacturing in the Utah economy has increased steadily, according to the report. During 1960 wages and salaries paid by manufacturing concerns totaled $244 million and accounted for 14.3 per cent of Utahs total personal income. This compares with manufacturing wages and salaries of $90 million (10.1 per example, personal income derived from government sources was equal to $21 million, or 7.4 per cent of all personal income in the state.
