A former South Salt Lake resident, he lived at 11 West Malvern Avenue until his marriage. He is married to the former Thelma Bag-ne- ll, Murray artist, and they have four children. He is a graduate of the University of Utah and University of California. His offices are in Murray. He was selected for the honor for his service to the Association, to the State and to his community. He is a member of the Associaal tions Committee for a and Vision past president of the Association. He is a member of the State Welfare Board, the State Medical Advisory Committee, has served on the Murray City Board of Education and has been the Utah State Prison optometrist for the past 16 well-kno- C.
