Show Page 11 SENIOR CITIZENS -- Anyone Over 55 Years of Age valentine Daily Programs for Senior Citizens ALMOSTNEW ol the CLOTHES SHOP The Almostnew Clothes Shop is open the first and third Thursday of each month from 2:15 to 4:00 p.m. at 156 Westminster Avenue (North end of the County Complex,) Salt Lake City, Utah. This shop takes donated almost new and clean clothing and re;sells it at a very moderate cost to low income Senior Citizens. The Almostnew Clothes Shop will help senior citizens in various ways. First, the senior citizens themselves are involved in the running of the shop. Delma Bartlett, Volunteers manager and salesladies, Irene Winters, Flora Olsen and Elsie who have had exTekieff perience in merchandising and retailing, will take charge of displaying, pricing and actual selling of the clothes. Secondly, the senior citizens who purchase the clothing will be able to get almost new clothing at a very low cost. The proceeds from the sale of this clothing will be used to help many senior citizens in an area where there is a big problem transportation.
