Kirk, black, former F.B.I. undercover agent predicts that before the 1972 elections, the United States will be embroiled in civil war touched off by racial atrocities. Kirk says the civil war will be brought on by white Communists, posing as Ku Klux Klan members, who will go into black communities and kill women and children. The Communist Black Panthers, he said, will retaliate by killing white women and children. Kirk from 1966 to 1970 served as an The undercover agent for the F.B.I. and reported on revolutionary group activities at the University of Chicago. He joined the Students for a Democratic Society, the DuBois Clubs and the Communist Party in the U.S.A. and underwent training as a Communist guerrilla. Training camps similar to that which he attended were formerly operated in Cuba, but now are in many parts of the United States, he points out. Kirk was a liaison man between the Communist Party and various student groups, black groups and peace groups. Many Communist projects are financed by wealthy foundations and Federal programs, he reports. He says a revolutionary youth gang trained by the Communists received $927,000 in poverty program money.
