Show Page 10 The UTAH INDEPENDENT November 5, 1971 Couses Taxpayers Form Organization By Joe Ferguson Because of continued illegal acts committed against citizens all over the country, a group of Utah citizens have formed a new organization named AMERI- CANS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL TAXATION. The founders of this organization feel that the IRS has been able to perpetrate its illegal acts upon citizens because of lack of information and knowledge of the average citizen regarding the law and his rights. Americans For Constitutional Taxation will sponsor lectures and seminars as well as provide assistance for citizens being illegally attacked by the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS habitually levies arbitrary and unjust penalties against citizens. Since the IRS assumes the role of accuser, adversary, and judge, the citizen is not likely to receive justice at its hands. By understanding the guarantees of the Constitution of the United States and due process of law, however, the citizen can prove in a court of law (not the IRS court) that the charges of the IRS are illegal. The illegal practices of the IRS can be stopped by Americans challenging them in court and prosecuting the agents who commit them. It is the intent of Americans For Constitutional Taxation to assist the citizens in understanding their Constitutional rights and in understanding how to successfully apply them. Additional information may be obtained from ACT for the asking. Their address is 3514 South 2820 West in Salt Lake City. The Extent Of Our Foreign Give-Awa- By the time Freud got around to writing about this subject, he felt it had become' rather evident that homosexuals could be classified into three general types. He had his own explanation for the phenomenon of sex perversion ana said it was important to recognize these three dimensions in which homosexuality manifests itself: 1. The homosexual who is "absolutely inverted' (meaning men and women who are attracted exclusively to their own sex and react with indifference or repugnance toward the opposite sex). 2. The pervert (meaning one who is equally attracted to his or her own sex or the opposite sex, depending on circumstances ) . 3. The heterosexual pervert (meaning one who basically prefers the opposite sex but will seek out a homosexual relationship if the heterosexual partnership is not conveniently available). Most of the studies of homosexuality have gravitated around the "absolute" homosexual because this bi-sexu- dr, have given astronomical away this CABINETS Custom-Bui- lt Factory-to-Y- ou Deluxe Vanity Cabinets WITH DOORS ONLY - Extra Charge) (Drowers Optional With Beautiful One-PiecMar Resistant Wood-Grai- Marble Tops e 36" Finish n STYLE 0R SPECIAL CLOSEOUT PRICE $80 NO EXCHANGES ... This type of person seemed to conclusion was derived from volumes of testimony from these "absolute" homosexuals who claimed that from the very beginning they totally lacked any heterosexual feelings or an attraction to the opposite sex. Today this view is being discredited. It was a most significant breakthrough when it of the began to be discovered that the testimony absolute" homosexuals, was breaking down under absoscrutiny. Aron Krich points out that when the lute" homosexuals were carefully interrogated over an extended period of time it was found that they could recall that in the beginning they felt an attraction toward the opposite sex. These feelings were then patsuppressed at an early age by a psycho-behavitern with an exclusively, homosexual emphasis. Krich states in a note (The Sexual Revolution , p. 259) that this was found to be true in all cases of inversion accessible to study." This constituted an important turning point insofar as sexual therapy was concerned. It meant that if a person had learned or been conditioned to respond to homosexual stimuli then there was a very real possibility of breaking down those habit patterns and replacing them with normal responses. As Krich suggests, if the absolute hemosexuals could recall normal responses in the beginning, then this would indicate that homosexuality is never congenital and that all manifestations of perversion are Continued From Page 9 SHELF moments a have given to foreigners the equivalent worth of New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Detroit, We Boston, San BOTTOM 66 SHOWN Francisco, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Milwaukee, Kansas City, Houston, Providence, Seattle, Portland (Oregon), New Orleans, Atlanta, Dallas Louisville, Birmingham, 42 OTHER SIZES AVAILABLE Denver, San WITH: Double Drain Double Sink SINGLE SINK CABINET 54 69 SINK SINGLE 0095 OTHER SIZES AVAILABLE 7Q95 3 CUSTOM BUILT.
