Show THE UTAH INDEPENDENT AND THE REVOLUTION it would actually do (as J. Edgar Hoover has so often emphasized ) would be to mark the end of the United States as a free Republic. In the past, undercover agents who have testified along the same lines as Jerry Kirk have usually been ridiculed by the liberal press (and others who should have known better) as merely kooks or alarmists. Those of us who had worked in the FBI, military intelligence. or police security squads wondered how' tragic circumstances would have to become before the general public woke up. Another Pearl Harbor perhaps. liberal scholars Fortunately, a number of have now begun to publish articles and books which flatly declare that the thesis propounded by Jerry Kirk is entirely correct and can be readily documented. They say there is an Establishment of monohave built in lithic proportions which the super-ric- h order to set up a collectivist dictatorship in which they will occupy the seat of political and economic power over the entire nation. They admit the existence the of close collaboration between the super-ricCommunists, Socialists and other Marxist groups, all of which have as their goal the establishment of a collectivist socialist society. It is also conceded that the achievement of such a goal requires the elimination of the present Constitution and the cultural idcologv which has characterized the traditional American society. In September, 1970, this collectivist Establishment actually published the full text of a whole new Constitution for the American people. But we shall have more to say about that in a later article. At this point it is primarily important to get the American people to recognize that some of the foremost custodians of Americas material wealth have committed themselves to support the revolutionary movement. J. Edgar Hoover has never suggested are involved in violent revolution, why the super-ric- h lie has simply stated it to be a fact. The purpose of this article, and perhaps one or tw o which will follow, is to discover why the super-ric- h have undertaken to support the most radical advocates of revolution. so-call- ed h, W. Cleon Skousen lionary movement which it always looked upon as its own private property. The new tide of American Marxists want to overthrow the United States and the American culture hut they want to be in charge of the communizing of the American people rather than have the Russian Communists and their puppets assume control after the revolution and terror has subsided. Jerry Kirk testified that among the American Marxists arc many revolutionary youths who come, from some of the wealthiest U. S. families. He said these young people are not only tolerated in their revolutionary activities by their parents, but that often it is the parents who urge them to become activists. WHAT IS THE EXPLANATION? Jerry Kirks explanation for this is significant. He testified that many of the super-ric- h parents are actually involved in a scheme to set up a monopoly of political and economic power in Washington where they can control the resources and affairs of the entire nation. Kirk said these people feel that by level, the American creating chaos at die grass-root- s people will eventually throw up their hands in disgust and tell Washington to take over. This would y or national permit the setting up of a police system as the means of restoring order. This writer had built up a file of information about it and almost published a book on the subject several years ago. However, it was concluded that such a book would be a waste of effort because people would probably consider the information too fantastic to believe. They didnt believe the official findings of the Reece Committee in Congress back in 1955, so why should one expect them to believe a private WTiter? The book wras not writtcn at that time. It was necessary to wait until someone on the inside had talked so the public could be convinced that this truly amazing phenomenon existed. That has now happened. At last a member of the inside power structure has felt compelled to disclose how' extensive and how powerful this control group has become. He not only indicates that their scheme is to set up a collectivist society for the United States, but for the entire warld. As the famous Phoenix Papers of the U. S. State Department suggested, the day must come when there is an economic amalgamation between the United States and the Soviet Union (and that, of course, would result in the Continued on page 8 The Tax Service that cheerfully makes house calls at no extra charge "A Nation Wide Company With 23 Years Experience" 1 THIS COUPON WORTH 1 I I I I $1 TOWARD PREPARATION OF YOUR TAX RETURN IN UTAH LIMIT ONE AND IDAHO - 1 I J Triple Checked Computerized Accuracy Guaranteed Satisfaction Reasonable Fees Complete Audit Protection SKOUSEN TAX SERVICE, INC. QUESTION: Judge Latimer, how did you become defense counsel for Lieutenant Calley? ANSWER: Well, if youll look around at the pictures in Judge Latimers office youll see there are pictures of the war service. I.ve got 35 years of military service in the Reserves and National Guard. Behind me is a picture of the United States Court of Military Appeals. I was a judge on tliafcourt for 10 years. It was organized in 1951 when the Korean War was on when there was so much clamor against military justice. I was one of the first three judges on that court. I was on the Utah State Supreme Court for 4 Vi years. I had some reputation in the .nation about my capabilities as a judge of a military court. So when I came back here to Utah, when I wasnt reappointed after 10 years, a number of the senators and congressmen referred their constituents to me. Calley came to me because it just happened that he was working for a colonel for whom I had just won a case. The colonel recommended that he getahold of me, so he called me. r 1 YOU CANT BUY I I I i I I I I I I I I NATURAL BEAUTY But you con enjoy health and radiance when you get your vitamins direct from Nature.
