The Democratic ticket was the only one in the field, with no opposing ticket. Incumbents elected for a four-yeterm were Curtis who Butler, polled 216 votes; Herbert Curwen, 109 votes and Frederick A. St. Patricks sponsors annual Thanksgiving clothing drive Eureka bank St Patricks Catholic Church is sponsoring the annual Thanksgiving Clothing Drive, which begins on November 17, and will continue through the 24th. An appeal is being made for wearable clothing, shoes, (no spike heels), blankets, and bedding supplies. The drive is being carried on throughout the Catholic churches and schools of the Diocese of Salt Lake City. Eureka Office, was recenty paid tribute by a treasury official for its support of the Savings Bonds program. A special citation for the local bank was awarded August 1, 1963. by Clem S. Schram, Utah Director of the Treasurys Savings Bonds Division. The award signed by Douglas Dillon. Secretary of the Treasury, and Frederick P. Champ, Utah State Chairman, is inscribed: In recognition of patriotic service in strengthening the nation and its citizens through the United States Savings Bonds Program."
