Brown the top 10 minutes. This is one of the many very fine recipes Airs. Tuckett is noted for. She has some very super ones, but thinks this particular one is not only filling but very satisfying. It is one of the recipes that can be "stretched" to serve several people, and in this day of high prices it is the sort of dish we are all looking for. Airs.
