The committee pointed out the feet that the rule prevalent with Insurance companies was to pay the physicians aa little ms ppseible for such examinations, end that the doctors could scarcely be expected to give a thorough and conscientious examination when they were no poorly paid. It was the sense of the convention that plans be laid for satqblish-inuniform rates fur such examinations.
