Morgan waa Injured and killed. That at the time of the death of the said James W. Morgan, he was unmarried, ba-- no children and was about 28 years old. aad was contributing to the support of the plaintiffs, and that the plaintiff bare suffered damage by reason of the said negligent killing of the aald Janfes W.
