The Chronicle's Alexandria correspondent gives an official dispatch which Ghaxi Ahmet Moukhlar Pasha, the Turkish commissioner at Cairo, received from Constantinople. It aays: "A the occupation of Tzbah was Intended only to preserve the status quo of the Blnal. penlnmla by preventing the erection of military fortifications, and as necessary guarantees hare now been received, the port has issued orders for its troops to withdraw from Tsbah to their original place. They w ill be conveyed by the British cruiser Dims. Negotiations arc now proceeding to secure a final settlement of the Blnsl quertlon.
