An ordinance amending an ordl. nance in relation to public vehicles, passed by the City Council October 13th, 1902, and approved by the Mayor October 14th, 1902, and the amendment thereto passed by the City Council November 3rd, 1902, and approved by the Mayor November 6th, 1902. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section 1. That Section 7 of an or- -' dinance In relation to public vehicles passed by the City Council October 13th, 1902, and approved by the Mayor October 14th, 1902, and amend ed by an ordinance passed by the City Council November 3rd, 1902, and approved by the Mayor November 6th, 1902, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 7. It shall be unlawful for any person to stand any licensed public vehicle mentioned in Section 33 of Chapter 22 of the Revised Ordinances of 1892, upon any street in Salt Lake City, unless he is at that time actually engaged, at a distance of less than (25) feet from any other twenty-fiv- e public vehicle at the time standing thereon. 2. And it shall be unlawful to stand a licensed public vehicle mentioned in Section 33 of Chapter 22 of the Revised Ordinances of 1892, on the cross walks or the intersections of any streets within the limits of the city, or within ten (10) feet of any cross walks or intersections of any streets within the limits of the city. 3. The words licensed public vehicle, mentioned in any of the provisions of this ordinance, the original ordinance or amendments thereto, shall be deemed to include the horse or horses at the time thereto atlicensed tached.
