Prower, principal of the Irving was transferred to the Longfellow, while Miss Lucy VanCott was made principal of the Irving. . At the Lincoln, Mr. John H. Coombs, principal of schoolsat Pleasant Grove, Utah, was appointed, though Mr. Webster has remained this week in order to enable Mr. Coombs to make satisfactory arrangements in transferring here from Pleasant Grove. if. - - -- if. -- .
