An ordinance confirming the assessment upon property abutting on both sides of South Temple street between FirBt and Third West streets and on the east side of both Second and Third West streets between First South and South Temple streets in Sewer District No. 1. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer of Salt Lake City, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that purpose, of the property abutting on both sides of South Temple street between First and Third West streets, and on the east side of both Second and Third West streets between First South and South Temple streets, in Sewer District No. 1, for the purpose of constructing a sewer upon said portions of said streets is hereby confirmed and that the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
