YOUR VOTE Because I have received many questions as to my stand on the Central Utah Project. I wish to state that 1 am not opposed to CUP. The majority of projects in the CUP are on the Wasatch Front and they should be completed as soon as possible, as should all the projects in the Uintah Basin. However, I feel the diverskm should be delayed until the I'intah Basin projects are completed-inrludina county culinary water system, the firming up of all existing agricultural water rights to a minimum of 3 acre feet per acre, water for industrial development of oil fields, oil shale, tar sands and other natural resources to be made available without the retirement of our agricultural lands (which alternative is SPECIAL Regular skirting - S2.05 per ft. installed.
