Austin end Oliver Due are today having a preliminary examination before Judge Howell on two charges of involuntary manslaughter, one charging them with causing the death of Daniel W. Sbupe and the other the death of Charlotte Clark at Glenwood Park on the night of July 4th. There was little material change In the testimony given today from that which was adduced at the Inquest. County Attorney Hulanlskl and District Attorney Halverson were both present. C. C. Richards represented the men and Attorney Charles Stout was present in behalf of the family of Miss. Clark. Gavin Stewart, who testified at the Anderson Inquest, today recognised men had seen he two as Austin and In the saloon, but did not know whether they drank or not.
