Reports from anvils and music of the band marked the time for the meeting, and by 8 oclock all available seats in the house were occupied, and many were required to stand, especially was that the case in the gallery. Her message bordered on the necessity of the Republican ladies of Payson organizing a clnb and working for their canse. She urged them to commence a vigorous campaign and keep it up till the day of election. Miss Maud Lerwell favored the audience with a recitation, entitled Mias Pearl Sheriilauo Ride, Wightman sang I Ain't Got No Happy Home to Loave, and Miss Agues Worsen croft rendered on the piano, all of which were worthy of the incores they of Lake County, traveling Ear Nar-cissa- Felix Bachman, a late Utah volunteer, and a genuine good fellow, was in the city Tuesday, shaking hands with old friends, and new ones whom he had just mel.
