Mr. and Mrs. A1 Peterson and daughter, Vicki Nielsen, attended the funeral services for Terry Nielson in Ephraim last week. Then, Max and Nancy Draper from Salt Lake City returned home with them for an afternoon visit. Bishop and Mrs. Clifton (Kay) Taylor also attended the Terry Nielson funeral services. ' Afterwards, they went to Gooseberry and had lunch. Mr. and Mrs. Severance returned home that night. The children also spent time with their Aunt and Uncle Stan and Jackie Foote. (Well, Jackie, is it really easier by the dozen?) Dan and Rae Thompson spent the weekend in beautiful Fairview Canyon. They were camping there with their son, Jim and his family. They camped on their sons cabin lot. Mr. and Mrs. William Moore had a visit from their daughter, Sandra Bretz, from Napa, ID. She also brought her three daughters and a friend, Jodi. Terry and Sue Phillips have had company. Sues mom and dad, Wayne and Jean Larrabee from California. They spent three days fishing in Koosharem, and the rest of the week visiting at Sues home and her sisters home in Redmond. Kristy, Terrys and Sues daughter, and Elbert and Vilate Lloyd were pleased to welcome Max Lloyd and wife and seven children from Oakley, ID. for a visit. Also, their daughter, Cheryl, Niel and husband, Young, and family from Holbrook, AZ. came for a visit. Their son, Brent, stayed to spend the summer with his grandparents. Anna Rae Johnson took another fun trip to Salt Lake City for some more schooling. Dixon and Beverly Farley had company for a big fishing trip to Johnsons. Beverlys parents, Ronald Ericksen and Mary (Johanson) from Provo were here with their two youngest children, Kevin and Mary Jo. Auroras Mom-Mis- s party was a big success June 17. Aurora had a big fashion show for mothers and daughters. Games were played and a pot luck salad luncheon was served. W.e all want an encore. The Aurora Cub Scouts had a circus June 4 with clown acts, magic acts, and variety shows. Parents and families were invited. Popcorn and root beer were sold for refreshments. The Cub Scouts also attended a Day Camp at the Richfield Park June 16 and 17. The Boy Scouts are trying to raise money for their overnight campout. They showed the movie The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again. They also sold punch and cookies. The Young Womens Association will be selling snow cones to raise money. They will sell these at all mens and womens softball games. Also at the Little League Beverlys brother, Wayne, and his family also were here. Everyone caught a lot of fish and went home exposed to chicken pox. Sony!! Chris Fillmore has been in the hospital and is on the road to recovery. Melva Johnson also has been in the hospital in Gunnison. Marie Taylor spent time in the Utah Valley Hospital and is doing better. Marie Curtis also was in the Utah Valley Hospital Alice Shaw and Clifford Taylor also had a visit to the hospital. Thats no way to spend a summer vacation. Hope everyone . .
