recreation season Utah state law allow s minors 12 to 17 years old to operate a PWC if they meet certain conditions First operators must successfully complete a PWC education class offered by Utah State Parks and Recreation Second operators 12 to 15 years old must be under direct supervision of someone 18 years of age or older And third operators under 18 years of age not meeting the above
