Civic Arts Council group who presented the Dr Seuss program a couple of years ago Their fish were used again and enjoyed The school bussed the students to the library in groups of 35 to 60 for the 50 minute sessions Mondays’ groups were welcomed by Doris Rasmussen newest member of the Library Board and the librarian Gwen Hunter Zola Beekstrand board member performed the same function on Tuesday The Library Board very much enjoys the opportunity to have the children visit the library A brief introduction to he Summer Story Hours and the Summer Reading Program was also given both of which begin June 12 Over five hundred children and teachers from the Fillmore Elemental y School enjoyed the Story Festival at the Fillmore City Library They had the opportunity to get acquainted with the library and to get another painless dose of fun through reading The librarian also reminded them that all of them and their families were welcome to use the Fillmore Library by just filling out a card of registration (no cost involved) Ten Middle school students entertained the entire group on Monday and Each April 14 and 15 Tuesday Storyteller retold their story five times every hour No wonder
