This is my favorite recipe, and I've ,nut together through Dying for sot-h- e fluffy, pumpkin delicious trial and error. The things you will need are: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and grease a cookie sheet. 2. Combine the pumpkin, sugar, unsweetened applesauce and egg. Then in a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, t baking soda, ground, cinnamon and salt. After you're add your flour mixture to pumpkin mixture and combine 3. Once your cookie dough is all mixed, add the vanilla ani. the chocolate chips and fold them into the mix. 4. Then using a dining spoon, drop the pumpkin cookie de onto the greased cookie sheet, evenly spaced apart. Thescookies will expand and fluff up, so look out for that as yei place them. 7 5. Place in the oven for minutes, and watch for beri they get that golden brown look to the cookie. L 6.
